Recipe: Keema Biryani




Materials:

350 gm Basmati Rice
four hundred gm Keema
3 tbsp Curd
1 significant-sized Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
a hundred gm Ghee
1/2 cup Milk
just a few strands of Saffron
1-inch piece Cinnamon
3-4 Cardamoms
4-5 Cloves
1 tsp red Chili Powder
1 cup bird stock
2 tbsp Lime Juice

approach:

cook dinner rice in salted water, till it is just half cooked. Drain the water and maintain it apart.
Mix the saffron in milk and keep apart.
Heat ghee in a medium-sized pan and fry chopped onions, until they emerge as translucent.
Now, add the whole spices and allow them to splutter.
Combine in keema and ginger-garlic paste. Fry for 6-7 minutes, on medium heat.
As soon as the keema is competently fried and releases aroma, mix curd and purple chilli powder.
Turn the warmth to low and cook for a further 3-four minutes.
Flip off the flame and put aside.
Place one a part of the half cooked rice in a baking dish. Then, add a part of ready keema and sprinkle half of of the saffron milk and half of the lime juice.
Now, quilt with an additional component of rice and repeat the identical system with keema, saffron and lime juice. Prime it with the rest rice.
Pour chook stock over the layers of biryani.
Lid the top or seal it with a foil. Bake within the oven, at a low temperature for quarter-hour.
The Keema Biryani is able to be served.
